Products and orders

We aim to present accurate titles, images, options, ingredients, nutrition, availability, and prices, although packaging, color, or display details may vary. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel it for inventory, address, payment, fraud, legal, or clear listing-error reasons.

Prices, payment, and delivery

Applicable prices, taxes, and shipping charges appear before submission. Payment authorization is required. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after shipment; delays can occur.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Our Refund Policy accepts eligible new unused returns for both non-defective and problem items when requested within 30 days after delivery, and it accepts qualifying exchanges subject to review and stock. Approved mailed returns use the free prepaid label included in the package, with no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days, while financial-institution posting may take longer.
