Currency and checkout

Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. The checkout presents the card options available for the order. The payment marks displayed in the footer describe the store’s supported card presentation and are not a record of a separate live charge on every card type.

Authorization and review

An order moves to processing after payment authorization succeeds. A bank or payment provider may decline a charge, request verification, or place a temporary authorization hold. Check the billing address and card details, then ask the issuer for help if a valid payment continues to fail.

Payment data

Do not email a complete card number, security code, password, or one-time code. Payment information is handled through the checkout and its payment providers; our store receives the information needed to manage the order rather than the full sensitive card credentials.

Refunds and posting

When a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The issuer may take additional time to make the credit visible. Use Contact Us for an order-specific payment question.
